  • Delivery and pick-up are available across New Jersey, with a $200 round-trip fee; terms and conditions apply.

  • All reservations are final and non-refundable, as cancellations result in potential loss of rental opportunities. By submitting payment or signing an agreement, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.

  • Our rentals are based on a 24-hour time frame. This means the price you see covers a full 24-hour period from the time of pick-up or delivery. Additional time beyond that may result in extra charges depending on availability and the vehicle selected.

  • Only drivers explicitly listed on the rental agreement and covered by full insurance are permitted to operate the vehicle. Under no circumstances should anyone other than the agreed-upon driver take control of the car. Allowing others to drive exposes you to significant risk, including premium insurance charges and liability for any damages or accidents. Luxury vehicles, with their powerful engines, can be difficult to handle and dangerous in the wrong hands. To protect yourself, the vehicle, and all parties involved, you are required to be the sole driver during the rental period.

  • To rent, applicants must meet the following requirements:

    • Possess a valid driver's license issued within the United States.

    • Be at least 21 years of age.

    • Maintain full coverage insurance (collision and comprehensive) that covers the cost of the vehicle

  • The minimum age to rent from Vortexa is 21. While drivers under 25 may rent, they are required to have full coverage insurance in good standing that covers the selected vehicle. Additionally, all renters under the age of 25 will incur a young driver surcharge.

  • ach rental includes a set number of complimentary miles, which varies depending on the vehicle model. Additional miles are billed based on the selected exotic vehicle, typically ranging from $2 to $5 per mile over the included limit.
