✅ Vortexa Shift Rental Requirements

  • To rent a vehicle, all customers must present a valid U.S. driver’s license. We do not accept probationary licenses, temporary licenses, or learner’s permits under any circumstances.

  • ll rental prices listed on our website are subject to change at any time based on demand and vehicle availability. We offer special pricing and discounts for rentals lasting longer than seven days. For custom rates or long-term inquiries, please contact us directly.

  • Every renter is required to have an active full coverage insurance policy in their own name that remains valid for the entire duration of the rental period.

    Customers from New York are permitted to rent with liability-only insurance. However, renters under the age of 21 must have their own full coverage insurance policy; supplemental insurance options will not be accepted for these customers.

    Insurance provided through Vortexa Shift is available only for rentals lasting longer than 30 days.

  • The minimum age to rent an economy vehicle is 18 years old. Renters under the age of 21 are required to provide proof of full coverage insurance in their own name.

    Customers residing in New York must be at least 25 years old to rent a vehicle without providing their own personal insurance policy.

  • All rentals require a security deposit. This deposit must be paid using a credit or debit card that is issued in the primary renter’s name. We do not accept prepaid cards, including those issued by Cash App, Chime, or similar platforms.

    Security deposit refunds are processed within five to seven business days after the vehicle is returned, as long as it is returned in good condition with no damage or violations of the rental agreement.

    To reserve a vehicle in advance, a $50 reservation deposit is required. This deposit will be applied toward the rental balance at the time of pickup. Please note that reservation deposits are non-refundable if the customer cancels the rental or fails to appear at the scheduled time.

  • Rental balances can be paid using cash, debit cards, or credit cards. All renters must have a major bank-issued card in their own name left on file for the duration of the rental.

    We do not accept payments via PayPal, Cash App, Apple Cash, or any other peer-to-peer payment platforms.
